really not sure

i caught the cold, or a min version of the flu this morning.


b: 3/4 cup chicken noodle soup
l: sweet/sour chicken + rice
d: nacho + salsa + cheese

total; not really sure.


ive been eating little bits throughout the day
nothing too healthy
but nothing too bad for you either.
the salsa is fresh home made, so not that bad for you.
and the cheese is a block of tillamook cheese, not that bad for you.
the sweet/sour chicken, yea.. guilty pleasure.

truelife: i've gained weight


not sure how old i was in this picture, but damn i was skinny.
its true, you do gain weight in college.
well fuck.

and it really does not help to have a boyfriend that eats whatever he likes, at any hour, and does not gain weight. i actually think he's lost weight.
well fuck.

i think instead of constantly thinking of what i want to accomplish
i should write it out
and the more public, the better.
so let's just say, starting now, i lose weight.

when i went to the doctors a couple weeks ago, i was 145. (fuck me).
doesnt help that i dont have a scale.
anyone want to donate some funds for a beautiful cause??

well lets start with foods for the day:

b: nothing (slept too late)
l: noguri ramen (240) **may i add, WTF. well i didnt finish it all, but i'll just say.. its that much.
waffles with strawberries AND whipped cream (497) ** legit..... fuck
pepsi (~200) **t was my guilty pleasure okay. jeez..
d: nothing.

TOTAL: 937 calories


okay truth be told, i usually never eat 2000 calories but the calories i DO eat are (obviously) not good calories. lets see if anything changes tmrw, or even this weekend.

well, lets not count tmrw (bad habit) its friday night and that equals drinking and that leads to a LOT of (more) empty calories.

lets hope my fat ass gets a reality check soon.
